1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.163/2017, registered at Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC.

3. The applicant collected different amounts from the members of the public as an agent of online Business Company.

4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is only an agent, therefore, he deserves to be released on bail.

5. Considering the rise of such crimes, wherein, agents commit fraud with the members of public by collecting amounts on the pretext of doubling the same or on some other allurement and almost entire Company is operated by agents, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
