Shri Ashwani Shukla, Advocate for respondent No.4. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.08.2019 passed in WPS No.5973 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the amount mentioned in the GPF account of the petitioner as negative balance has been wrongly mentioned in the order. According to the petitioner, it ought to have been Rs.3,89,829/- instead of Rs.3,41,368/- which is reflected in the paragraph 1&2 of the order dated 08.08.2019. This fact is not disputed by the counsel appearing for the respondents.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case this court is of the opinion that a strong case is made out for allowing the MCC.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. In paragraph 1&2 of the order dated 08.08.2019 passed in WPS No.5973 of 2019, the amount mentioned shall be read as Rs.3,89,829/- instead of Rs.3,41,368/-.

Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of the WPS No.5973 of 2019.
