The whole dispute revolving around the Writ Petition is the joining of the petitioner which has been denied to him at Gram Panchayat, Jamhora. 2.

The facts of the case in brief is that, the petitioner was initially transferred from Gram Panchayat, Jamhora to Gram Panchayat, Murka vide order dated 22/11/2017.

Subsequently, the said order was amended vide order dated 29/06/2018 and the petitioner has been ordered to be posted back at Gram Panchayat Jamhor, but the respondent No.5 is not giving charge to the petitioner, neither was he permitted to join at Gram Panchayat, Jamhor. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, for the intervening period, the petitioner has also not been paid any salary. 5.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, particularly taking note of the order dated 29/06/2018 whereby the petitioner's place of posting has been restored back at Gram Panchayat, Jamhor, let the respondent No.3 resolve the dispute and ensure that an appropriate orders permitting the petitioner to resume his duties at Gram Panchayat, Jamhor is passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from today. 6.

The respondent No.3 shall also decide the issue pertaining to wages the petitioner would be entitled, for the intervening period. 7.

In addition, the petitioner is also directed to move an appropriate representation in this regard to the respondent No.3 along with the copy of the order passed by this Court for compliance of the order. 8.
