1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one month time has been granted to the petitioner for his treatment and he has been released on bail for one month. The petitioner has been treated and diagnosed, but surgery could not be performed on account that he was not in a fit condition to undergo surgery, therefore, the period of bail be extended for a period of further two months.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the documents filed, the period of bail is extended and now the petitioner will surrender on 15-12-2016.

3. The petition is allowed in part.
