It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner firm has supplied various plants samplings to the respondents in the year 2018. The petitioner submitted outstanding bills vide Annexure P-2 of Rs.18,38,000/- and on 24.07.2018 another bill of the same dates submitted for payment of Rs.23,64,990/-. The bills have been processed and verified but the complete payment has not been made till date. The petitioner has received only Rs.2,31,200/- out out of the total amount of Rs.42,02,990/-. The petitioner has made various representation to the authorities but all in vain. Therefore, it is prayed that the respondents authorities be directed to consider on the bills submitted by the petitioner and make payment of the remainder at the earliest. Reliance

has been placed on the order of this Court in W.P.(C) No.1917 of 2019 in case of Sameer Das Vs. State of C.G. decided on 17.06.2019. 2.

Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that the bills presented by the petitioner may be subject to verification and the verification may take time, however, this petition may be disposed off with direction.

Considered on the submissions and perused the documents placed on record.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of 10 days from today. The respondent authorities are then directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner and take decision on the same at the earliest after examining the claims raised by the petitioners. The amount, which are admitted or undisputed be released at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date, the representation is received.
