The present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the Order dated 20.08.2019 in WPS No. 6537 of 2018, so far as date of appointment and date of joining of the petitioner/applicant is concerned. According to the petitioner/applicant, the order of appointment is 22.06.2010, which was modified on 02.07.2010. According to the petitioner/applicant, he gave is joining on 07.07.2010. Thus, the petitioner/applicant would complete 8 years of service only on 07.07.2018 but inadvertently in the judgment, the date of appointment has been reflected as 30.06.2010 and the date of joining is mentioned as 02.07.2010 and the date of completion 8 years of service is shown as 01.07.2018.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing MCC made out. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and the order dated 20.08.2019 stands modified, the order of appointment shall be read as "22.06.2010" instead of 30.06.2010 and the date of joining shall be read as "07.07.2010" instead of 02.07.2010 and the date of completion of 8 years of service shall be read as "07.07.2018" instead of 01.07.2018. With the aforesaid modification to the order dated 20.08.2019 in WPS No. 6537 of 2018, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 6537 of 2018.
