This is the second bail application.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 23.2.2016 in M.Cr.C.No.685 of 2016.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
