1. This is the second bail application of this applicant filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who is in custody in connection with Crime No.11/2018 registered at Police Station- Civil Line, Bilaspur, DistrictBilaspur(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 397 & 459 of Indian Penal Code.

2. According to the submissions made by both the counsel, this applicant had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court seeking bail and the Hon'ble Supreme vide order dated 29.5.2018 (Annexure A-3) dismissed the special leave petition of the applicant without reserving any liberty to the applicant to approach this Court for grant of regular

Page No.2 bail. Hence, under this circumstance and as per principle of judicial propriety, this Court cannot entertain this repeat application of applicant to grant of bail.

3. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
