The limited grievance given by the petitioner in the present case is for appropriate direction to the respondents No.3 to immediately relieve the petitioner from the present place of posting. 2.

According to the counsel for the petitioner, Vide (Annexure P-1) dated 13.08.2019, petitioner has been transferred from District Mahasamud to District Durg. Though, more than 1 month has passed, the petitioner has till date not been relieved, whereas he should have been relieved within 15 days. The contention of the petitioner is that the order of transfer till date not modified/ amended/ cancelled by the authorities. 3.

Given the aforesaid submission of the petitioner has made, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take necessary steps ensuring that the order dated 13.08.2019 transferring the petitioner is acted upon at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order unless the order is modified, amended or cancelled.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondents No. 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 5.
