This application has been filed praying to make the order of this Court passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.100 of 2019, passed on 19.03.2019, absolute.

Vide order dated 19.03.2019, passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 100 of 2019, the applicant was granted temporary bail for a period of six months on condition that she will make the complete payment of the amount cheated from the complainant to the complainant and then make a prayer for making the order absolute. A certified copy of the order sheet in criminal case No.2721 of 2019 initiated against the applicant is annexed along with the application. The order dated 01.07.2019 and 05.09.2019 shows that the applicant

Page No.2 has made repayment of Rs.2.50 lakhs to the complainant and it is mentioned in the previous order that Rs.1.50 lakhs was already paid to the complainant and the total amount that was defrauded was Rs.4.00 lakhs.

Considering that all the amount, which the applicant has received from the complainant has been refunded to her, therefore, I feel inclined to allow this application at motion stage. 5.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the order dated 19.03.2019, passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 100 of 2019 is made absolute.
