1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has, is that inspite of order of transfer in her favour dated 22.08.2019, the respondent No.4 is not accepting joining of the petitioner at the transferred place.

2. The petitioner vide order dated 22.08.2019 has been transferred from Duldula, Simga to Dabhripara, Bilha. The petitioner got relieved vide order dated 27.08.2019 and reported for joining at the transferred place on 29.08.2019, but the respondent No.4 is said to have refused granting joining to the petitioner, nor has respondent No.4 taken any steps for permitting the petitioner to assume her duties at the transferred place.

-23. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondent No.4 take a suitable step within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order ensuring compliance of the transfer order dated 22.08.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned.
