1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred Bilaspur to Bijapur.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already made a representation vide Annexure P-2 on 09.07.2019 seeking for transfer on the vacant post available in District Balod, which is still pending. However, respondents in between have vide Annexure P-1 transferred the petitioner to the entirely different area. Further ground of challenge is that the petitioner's wife is in advance stage

of pregnancy and at this juncture his transfer would cause greate inconvenience to the family.

3. Given the said facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation, in addition to what he has already made to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and respondents in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically taking into consideration the prevalent rules and regulations in this regard.

5. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
