Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to file appeal as enumerated u/s 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and in view of the same he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. As prayed, this petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedy of appeal before the appropriate forum.
