Pursuant to order dated 06/12/2021 of this Court, affidavit of Dr. S.

Bharathidasan, Special Secretary, Department of Agriculture has been filed, in which, it is stated in para 2 and 3 as under - "2. That, it is most humbly submitted by me that pursuant to transfer order dated 05.06.2021, I joined the Department on 07/06/2021. That as soon as I came to know about the present matter on 09.11.2021, wherein retiral dues were not paid to the petitioner, immediate steps were taken by me and the show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 26.06.2020 was immediately put to a logical end and a decision was arrived upon by the State Government to quash the show cause notice dated 26/06/2020 (Annexure P/2). The copy of the order dated 10/12/2021 passed by the State Government relating to quashment of show cause notice is being marked as 'Annexure R-1'.

That, immediately thereafter to ease the process of pension of the petitioner, No-Enquiry / No-Demand and NoIncident Report was issued by the State Government on 10.12.2021 itself. The copy of the aforesaid No Objection Certificate is being marked and annexed as 'Annexure R-2'." 3.

In view of the aforesaid affidavit and documents filed along with the affidavit, the writ petition is disposed off as in the affidavit, it is stated that immediate steps have been taken for payment of retiral dues to the petitioner. Sd/- ( Sanjay K. Agrawal ) Judge Deepti
