The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 06.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5757/2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that the address of the Respondent No. 02 & 03 has been wrongly typed as "District: District: Uttar Baster, Kanker", whereas it ought to have been "District: Baster, Jagdalpur".

The limited prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel. Given the aforesaid facts, the present MCC deserves tobe and is accordingly allowed.

The Order dated 06.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5757/2019 has been modified to the extent that, the address of the Respondent No. 02 & 03 shall be read as "District: Baster, Jagdalpur (C.G.)" instead of " District: Kanker, (C.G.)". With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. The Registry is directed to place a copy of this Order for record of WPS No. 5757 of 2019.
