(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 47/2014 registered at Police Station Durgukondal for the offence punishable under Sections 363 & 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by order dated 12.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.25/2015.
