Keeping in view the identical issue which has been raised in the present writ application which already stands answered in WPS-5566 of 2018 and other analogous case decided on 28.09.2018 and for the reasons so provided therein, the present writ application is allowed.

A direction is issued upon the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi that the result of the present petitioner shall also be declared within a week. Subject to the outcome of such a declaration the occasion for grant of admission in an appropriate college or university would arise.
