Present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful non-compliance of the directives given by this Court on 01/05/2018 in WPS No. 1849/2017. 2.

Pursual of the said order would reveal that, this Court had only directed the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation to file an affidavit in respect of the appointment made under similar nature.

The Commissioner has in due compliance filed the affidavit. 4.

The said Writ Petition is still pending consideration. 5.

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging that the averments in the said affidavit are incorrect and there is also material suppression of facts.

These are the facts which are yet to be adjudicated upon by this Court in the course of deciding the Writ Petition i.e. WPS No. 1849/2017. 7.

As such, the contentions raised by the petitioner in the present contempt petition cannot be brought within the ambit of contempt jurisdiction of this Court.
