2. PUD has been received from the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ambikapur, Sarguja(Chhattisgarh), praying for extension of time granted for disposal of the Civil Suit No.127A/2016.

3. This Court while disposing of the WP227 No.53/2020 on 14.02.2020 had directed the learned Family Court to conclude the trial and dispose off the case within a period of 4 months.

4. Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter for delay in deciding the case, I feel inclined to grant extension of time as prayed
