1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 31/08/2019 sent by the District Judge, Rajnandgaon for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 35A/2014.

2. This Court vide order dated 29/10/2018 had granted a time of six months to learned trial Court to dispose of the civil suit No. 35A/2014, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 45 days is granted to learned District Judge, Rajnandgaon to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on dayto-day basis.

4. It is made clear that the said civil suit be disposed of finally within 45 days and no further request letters will be entertained by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
