1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that departmental enquiry was initiated against the petitioner in which he has made application for supply of enquiry report which was conducted earlier but that has not been supplied.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is not entitled for supply of the report.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner may make an application for supply of enquiry report pursuant to the letter dated 17-8-2016 which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.3 in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is

made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
