This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.121/2018, registered at Police Station Rudri, District Dhamtari(CG) for the offence punishable under Section 34 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. 3.

Case of the prosecution in brief is that 7 bulk liters of country made liquor has been seized by the Police from the joint possession of the present applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case and they are in jail since 21.9.2018, therefore, they may be released on bail. 5.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

Perused the entire material available on record. 7.

Considering the quantity of liquor which is alleged to have been seized from the possession of the applicants and also the fact that the applicants are in jail since 21.9.2018, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case, in which, the applicants can be released on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed.

It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety each in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court for their appearance before the said Court as and when directed till the disposal of the trial. 10.
