The applicants have preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.174/25/2017 registered in Police Station GRP/Champa, GRP/Bilaspur for offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants and co-accused Anand Das have allegedly committed loot of Rs.1800/- from the complainant Banti Singh at the time when the accused persons confronted the complainant saying that despite being warned to stop vending in the train they are not doing so.

Admittedly, co-accused Anand Das has already been released on bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6-12-2017 passed in M.Cr.C.No.6801 of 2017, therefore, present applicants are also entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
