This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 78/2017, registered at Police Station-Vidhansabha, Raipur, Distt. Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 9.6.2017.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
