1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Korba to Janjgir-Champa.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a office bearer of the Regional Office President of the Chhattisgarh Sahayak Vikas Vistaar Adhikari Sangh and thus comes under the protected category as per the transfer policy of the State Government.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner make a appropriate representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and respondents in turn shall consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
