It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an agriculturist. He applied in the self finance scheme of Naveen Rajya Dairy Udyamita Vikas Yojna in the year 2017. The petitioner invested Rs.8,01,950/- in the dairy unit under the scheme mentioned hereinabove. According to the investment made by the petitioner, he was to be paid subsidy of Rs.3,60,000/- by the respondent authorities. The petitioner has received payment in first installment Rs.2,10,000/- on 30-07-2018 and Rs.33,948/- on 16-03-2021 in second installment. Amount of Rs.1,16, 052/- of the subsidy is still outstanding. The petitioner has filed representation before respondent No.1, which is pending and no decision has been taken on the same. Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued to the respondents to take decision on the

-2representation filed.

The State counsel opposes the petition and submits that the representation of the petitioner may be decided by respondent authorities in due course.

Considered on the submissions. This petition is disposed off at motion stage. The petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation before respondents No.2 and 3 within a period of 15 days from today and on filing of such representation respondents No.2 and 3 shall be obliged to consider on the same and take decision preferably within a period of 60 days from the date the representation is received. With these observations, this petition is disposed off.
