1. It is submitted that the petitioner is owner of agricultural lands. The application dated 17.11.2021 was sent to respondents No.4 & 6 through registered post which may have been delivered in time, but no

Page No.2 decision has been taken for grant of registration to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be unable to sell her paddy in the Paddy Purchase Centre at the minimum support price, therefore, appropriate direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application of the petitioner at the earliest.

2. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that last date of submission of application was 10.10.2021. The filing of application by the petitioner is already late, however, the respondent authorities can consider on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with prevailing circular, instruction, rules and norms.

3. Considered on the submissions. After perusing the document filed along with the petition, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondents No. 4 & 6 are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner and take decision on the same at the earliest in accordance with the rules, circular, instruction or standing order. This decision be taken preferably within a period of 15 days. It is made clear that nothing has been expressed on merits in this order.
