Petitioner claims to have purchased the land from Amaru and Narad, whose names figure at Sr. No.6 & 14 of the public notice issued by the Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, District Janjgir-Champa on 10.09.2018 showing its intention to purchase

the land, from amongst other lands, for construction of Saradih Barrage.

Petitioner claims to have purchased the land from Amaru and Narad by registered sale deeds prior to the issuance of the public notice vide Annexure-P-1. However, since the document carries name of Amaru and Narad, petitioner apprehends that the State Government may purchase the land by paying the amount of consideration to Amaru and Narad ignoring her claim over the land which she has acquired on purchase from Amaru and Narad.

Let the petitioner move before the Competent Authority within a month from today bringing to its notice the fact that she has purchased the land from Amaru and Narad. On such application being made, the Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, District Janjgir-Champa, who has issued the public notice (Annexure-P1), shall decide the petitioner's claim by a reasoned order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The objection shall be decided within 3 months from the date of submission of application along with certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
