1. The grievance of petitioner seems to be the non-finalization of the subsidy amount which he was otherwise entitled for under "Naveen

Rajya Dairy Udymita Vikas Yojna"

2. The petitioner has been approaching the respondent authorities by various representations but his grievance till date has not been finalized.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that since the representation is already pending consideration before the authorities, let the matter itself be disposed of directing the authorities to scrutinize and decide the same in accordance with law.

4. Given the said submission by the counsel for respondents, let the claim of petitioner be scrutinized by the respondents 2, 3 & 6 so far as the grant of subsidy is concerned and the respondents 2, 3 & 6 in turn shall take an appropriate decision on the claim of petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
