Mother Asha Chauhan along with victim girl appeared through Video Conferencing from DLSA Raigarh and stated that they have objection to grant of bail. The same is recorded and would be considered at the time of hearing.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to renew the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix before the trial Court.

As prayed, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
