1. Heard on petition.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is aspiring for admission in the course of Bachelor of Law in the college of respondent No.5, which is affiliated to respondent No.8. The notice was published for inviting application for admission for the session 2021-2022. The petitioners submitted their online applications on 22nd September, 2021. After completion of registration process, the petitioners were waiting for the publication of the list, but they have failed to receive any information regarding status of their application submitted. Later on, the petitioners have come to know that the admission procedure has been closed on 23.10.2021. It is submitted that the petitioners have presented a representation before respondent No.5, therefore, it is prayed that direction be issued to respondent No.5 to consider on the representation filed by the petitioners at the earliest.
3. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions made by counsel for petitioners.

4. After considering on the submissions. This petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.5 is directed to consider on the representation. The petitioners are also granted liberty to make a representation before respondent No.7 within a period of 7 days from today. It is further directed that the respondent No.5 and 7 both shall consider on the representation filed and take decision on the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 21 days from the date representation is received by respondent No.7.
