1. Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, appearing for the respondents submits that the present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 18.06.2019 passed in WPS No. 4261 of 2019.

2. According to Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, the required process has already been initiated, because of Administrative reason, it could not be complied with within the stipulated period and prays for further time for compliance.

3. On due consideration of the same and finding them justified and satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for grant of extension of time has been made out.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. Respondents are granted further 60 days time for compliance of the order dated 18.06.2019 in WPS No. 4261/2019.
