It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased land bearing Khasra No. 394/1, 392, 393 and 304/1, measuring 0.24, 1.40, 1.86, 0.03 total area 3.50 total hectare 1.429 situated in Village Sardha, District Mungeli by a registered sale deeds dated 18.08.2021 & 19.08.2021. The application for mutation has been filed before the Respondent No.3 through online portal. The application has been received by office of Respondent No.3 but the proceeding of mutation is pending without any progress, therefore, this petition is filed with prayer for issuance of direction to expedite

the proceeding of mutation proceeding pending before the Respondent No.3.

State counsel opposes the submission and submits that the proceeding is likely to take some time and it will be concluded in its due course, therefore, there is not requirement to issue any notification.

After considering the submissions and looking to the fact that the petitioner's application of mutation proceeding is pending before the Respondent No.3, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. 5.

The Respondent No. 3 is directed to expedite the mutation proceeding and conclude the same within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to move an appropriate application before the Tehsildar in respect of his claim for acquisition proceedings.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
