The applicant has moved this application for interim bail for few days in connection with Crime No.97 of 2016 registered in Police Station- G.R.P. Bhilai, District -Durg (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(2) F (6) of IPC, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The applicant has been arrested on 30.10.2016.

The application for interim bail to the applicant has been moved on the ground of marriage of the daughter, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow i.e. 24.11.2016.

Considering that the applicant, in the event of grant of bail, is likely to abscond as he is facing serious and heinous charges of commission of

-2offence under Section 376 of IPC, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the applicant.

The bail application is rejected.
