By the impugned order dated 13.08.2018, in the proceeding initiated under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the petitioner herein, an amount of Rs. 6000/- per hearing for the expenses of proceedings has been granted by the learned Family Court, Ambikapur against which this writ petition has been preferred.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that defendant (wife) / respondent herein is also earning while working as taxation Assistant in the Department of Revenue, Madhya Pradesh therefore, learned Family Court, Ambikapur has erred in granting Rs.6000/- per hearing as expenses. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The Family Court, Ambikapur after taking into consideration the fact that defendant is residing at Ujjain along with her parents and she is required to attend the hearing at Ambikapur along with her assistant which is far away from Ujjain, granted Rs.6000/- per hearing as expenses cannot be said to be shockingly high or unreasonable amount warranting interference of this

Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, the Family Court, Ambikapur is directed to conclude the hearing expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
