Sam Koshy Order On Board 05.10.2018 The grievance of the petitioner is that while she working as an Angan Badi Worker at Pateriyatola Majhgawa, Block Marwahi, District Bilaspur was terminated from service vide order dated 20.02.2018. The said order

was subsequently recalled by the same officer vide order dated 23.03.2018 but thereafter the petitioner till date has not been granted joining. The petitioner has already made repeated request to the authority concerned both oral as well as in writing, the written representation in this regard is Annexure P-6 dated 16.04.2018 but no decision has been taken on the same.

Given the said factual matrix of the case, let respondents 2 & 3 take a decision so far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned at the earliest keeping in view the order dated 23.03.2018 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Marwahi. Let the petitioner, in addition to the representation already made, make a fresh representation apprising respondents 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. Let an appropriate decision be taken within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
