1. Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order has since been complied with in as much as the case of the petitioner was considered and he was not found fit for grant of full pension and leave encashment. Counsel for the respondents have passed two orders in this regard i.e. the order Annexure R-2/1 dated 06.06.2019 and other order Annexure R-2/3 dated 21.10.2019.

2. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the order has since been complied with and the contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. Reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent order, if the petitioner is aggrieved of, by way of a fresh proceedings./- Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge
