Ms. Prakarti Jain, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Prateek Sharma, Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that after filing of the present contempt petition, the respondent has made substantial compliance of the order dated 26.2.2019 passed by this Court in WPC No.752 of 2019. Therefore, the petitioner desires to withdraw the contempt petition.
