1. The review petition has sought for against the order dated 08.07.2019 passed in WPS No. 4956 of 2019. The review has been sought on the ground that the petitioner, at the first instance, was not able to bring to the notice of the Court certain additional grounds i.e . the Competency of the authority who has passed the impugned order under challenge in the writ petition. This Court is of the firm opinion that such grounds would not available for the petitioner for reviewing of an order passed on merits by this Court based on the submissions, pleadings that the petitioner had made at the first instance.

2. Subsequent information, subsequent materials or facts gathered by the petitioner can not be a ground for reviewing of already existing order. The law so far as review is concerned, it is by now well settled that the review would be permissible only in the event if there is an error apparent on the face of record and that which are glaringly visual. The review petition filed could not show any glaring error on the face of record in the judgment of this Court.
