The present MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time in 12.11.2018 depositing the cost imposed by this Court while dismissing Review Petition No. 43 of 2018.

Counsel for the applicant submits that they had already initiated steps and also got the cheque prepared but the same could not be deposited within the time provided by this court and therefore, the Office of the Secretary, High Court Legal Services has refused to accept the same. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the entirety of the matter, the prayer made by the petitioner seems to be justified.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The time limit for depositing the cost imposed in Review Petition No. 43 of 2018 stands extended and the applicant is granted 15 days time from today to deposit the said cost. The applicant should make all endeavour to deposit the cost within 15 days from today.

Let a copy of this order be made part of Review Petition No. 43 of 2018.
