Mr. B.D. Guru, Advocate for the respondent No.1. Mr. Sunil Otwani, Advocate for the respondent No.3. The matter has come in supplementary list. The respondent No.1 has filed his reply and along with his reply he has filed an order Annexure R-1/3 dated 03.01.2020, whereby the respondents have passed an order granting proforma promotion to the petitioner as directed by this Court.

Given the fact that the respondents have considered the case and have passed an order and the petitioner also has been ordered to be promoted, this Court is of the opinion that, the substantial compliance has since been done. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.

However, in case if the petitioner still feels aggrieved of any part of the order dated 03.01.2020, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.

With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
