1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 26.09.2018, whereby the services of the petitioner has been placed under suspension.

2. From the pleadings it appears that the petitioner without availing the statutory alternative remedy of appeal has rushed to the Court under Article 226 Constitution of India.

3. For the reason that there is a statutory alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition in its present form at this stage may not be sustainable. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the

order under challenge before the Appellate authority, the present writ petition stands dispose off.

4. While the Appellate authority decides the appeal, he shall take into consideration of all the contentions which has been raised by the petitioner. The appeal shall be considered and decided objectively. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
