Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 21/11/2016 Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 17.08.2016 passed by Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur granting Rs. 2,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent. Counsel for the applicant submits that marriage itself was void and therefore the applicant is not liable to pay any maintenance to the respondent.

After considering the application filed by the respondent, documents and the entire provisions of law, the court below has passed the order impugned granting interim maintenance to the respondent. I find no illegality in the order impugned. Revision has no substance, the same is accordingly dismissed.
