After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this petition and also prays for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the application for grant of regular bail of the applicant on the day he surrenders before the concerned Court. 2.

The trial Court is directed to consider the application for grant of regular bail preferably on the day he surrenders before the Court in accordance with law.
