The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the defaults pointed-out by the Registry has been cured. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard at admission stage.

The present Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the Order dated 06.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7120 of 2019, whereby in Paragraph No. 6 of the order, wherein the interim order was made applicable, it has been inadvertently mentioned as, the petitioner would

-2be permitted to continue at Janpad Panchayat-Pithoura, whereas it ought to have been "Janpad Panchayat-Balrampur". 3.

The said prayer is not opposed by the Counsel for the Respondents pertaining to the cause title of the Writ Petition, where the name of the petitioner and the place of posting of the petitioner is mentioned. 4.

This Court is of the opinion that, a strong case has been made out for allowing the Review Petition and is accordingly, the present Review Petition stands allowed.

The Order dated 06.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7120 of 2019 stands reviewed and modified to the extent that, in Paragraph No. 6 in place of "Janpad Panchayat: Pithoura", it shall be read as "Janpad Panchayat: Balrampur" that is the place, where the petitioner was working as is reflected in Paragraph No. 1 of the Judgement. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the Review Petition stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPS No. 7120 of 2019.
