Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 06.07.2021 passed in WP (S) No.2693 of 2011 has not been complied with.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 06.07.2021. 4.

The petitioner shall make an additional representation along with the copy of this order within 10 days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 06.07.2021 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.
