It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application for demarcation before respondent No.3 on 07-092021. The respondent No.4 has not made demarcation of the land as per request made by the petitioner so far. Therefore, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction against respondent No.4.

The State counsel opposes the submission.

Considered on the submissions and perused the documents present in the record. Annexure-P/1 is the order of respondent No.3 directing respondent No.4 and 5 to demarcate the land belonging to the petitioner granting time limit of 22-09-2021. It appears that respondents No.4 and 5 have not complied with the direction issued by respondent No.3 without any reason. Hence, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondents No.4 and 5 are directed

-2to comply with the order passed by respondent No.3 at the earliest and demarcate the landed property of the petitioner within a time frame of 30 days starting from today.
