dated 04.01.2017.

Though the impugned order was passed on 04.01.2017, the present writ petition has been filed on 01.10.2018 i.e. after a period of about one year 9 months. Perusal of the record would also reveal that the order of cancellation of appointment is an appealable order. 3.

Given the said fact, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Commissioner within a period of 4 weeks from today and the Commissioner in turn shall take a decision on the said appeal within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the appeal, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
