The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.04/2016, registered at Police Station Nagarnar, District Bastar, Jagdalpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act. 2.

Having considered the quantity of illicit ganja recovered from the applicant and for the fact that the first bail application has been rejected by a detailed order on merit on 03.07.2017 in MCRC No.3213/2017, this Court is not

inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
