1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been placed under suspension w.e.f. 30.9.2021, against which, he has filed an appeal before respondent No.2, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.
